In a natural, relaxing setting in the heart of the Perche sarthois less than 1h45 from Paris and 45 mn from the 24 hour car racing circuit, Mr and Mrs VAUDECRANNE welcome you to the gîte of Les Ganches in St-Maixent. New for 2014: unusual accommodation on the site.

Whatever the season, whether you're on holiday or planning a festive get-together, the Gite des Ganches welcomes you to its natural, relaxing setting. It is located in the commune of Saint-Maixent, in the heart of the Perche region of Sarthe, halfway between Paris and Brittany. It has a capacity of around 50 people, sleeping 15 to 30. On the ground floor, there is a reception room that can seat up to 50 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet with disabled access. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private shower room and toilet, a shared toilet and shower room, and a separate bedroom with a private shower room and toilet accessible via an outside staircase. Outside, unusual accommodation (pod, kota, barrel), each with up to 4 beds. Additional equipment: Sound system - spotlights - WIFI connection - video projector - outdoor terrace with marquee - barbecue. Open all year round.
