Welcome to Saint-Michel-de-Chavaignes, in the heart of the Sarthe countryside, in this all-wooden chalet, designed as a cocoon of relaxation and conviviality. It's ideally located for easy access: 30 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24-hour race circuit, 1 hour from Chartres, 1 hour from Tours, and 2 hours from Paris. Perfect for combining peace, nature and discovery. It is located 10 minutes from motorway exit 6 Connerré on the A11 and from Connerré-Beillé railway station. Opposite the chalet, there's a large play area for children: zip line, slide, sandpit, climbing wall, turnstile, spider pyramid, etc. Just a few metres away, a petanque pitch and table tennis table complete the facilities. Footpaths are available for evening strolls or morning jogs. Inside The modern, cosy interior has been designed to make you feel at home straight away. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. You'll also find plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. The chalet comprises : - A fully equipped kitchen area: mini dishwasher, 4 kg washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, hob, everything you need! - A living room with sofa bed, TV and coffee table; - A comfortable sleeping area with a 160x200 bed, a BZ sofa bed, a single bed, storage space and a fan; - A modern shower room with WC. The essentials are provided: coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Bed linen and towels included. Outside Outside, take advantage of 600 m² of grounds to relax: garden furniture, plancha, barbecue and outdoor games. The unheated above-ground swimming pool is ideal for hot summer days. Water games, buoys and chips are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike. The pool is available from May.
