Weekend rentals: arrival in the afternoon and departure in the afternoon on request to the owners (48 hours on site).

Compulsory cleaning package at extra cost for professionals: 95€ and optional for private individuals.

Heating package INCLUDED in the price, rate according to the season:
Fuel/electricity heating package from 16 November to 15 March: 15€/night
Oil/electricity heating package from 16 March to 30 April and from 01 October to 15 November: 7€/night
Fixed price for heating oil/electricity from 01 May to 30 September: 3€/night.
ATTENTION: EACH STAY IS SUBJECT TO AN ENERGY STATEMENT; ANY OVERAGE WILL BE BILLED IN ADDITION TO THE PACKAGE INCLUDED (the package corresponds to normal and responsible consumption).
