In the heart of the Perche region, 40 km from Le Mans (10 minutes from the La Ferté Bernard motorway exit) and its legendary racetrack, and 15 km from the town of Bellême, the Domaine de la Mainferme offers everything you need to relax in peace and quiet, stroll through the small villages in the surrounding area and admire the countryside on foot or by bike along the footpaths.

Peace and comfort assured, but fibre installed. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, large veranda with dining area and summer kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. 1 separate WC and 1 bathroom with bath and large Italian shower.
Upstairs: large mezzanine with flat-screen TV lounge area, 2-seater sofa bed, pool table, 1 bathroom with shower and WC and baby changing facilities.

A cleaning charge of €120 is compulsory and must be paid when booking or directly to the owners on arrival.
