Pleasant old farmhouse in the Perche Sarthois area, fully restored: beams, old cobblestones, lime walls insulated with hemp, gentle geothermal heating. Ground floor: room for 67 people with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), 2 WCs, one of which is disabled. Nice reception area with bread oven next to a small lounge (TV) and its old dairy (table football). First floor: 5 bedrooms, each with internet access, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom for 5 people; 2 bedrooms for 4 people; 2 bedrooms for 2 people. Ground floor: 1 disabled-accessible 2-person bedroom with shower room (shower and washbasin) and WC in an annexe. The gîte has a wooden shed, ample parking, barbecue and wooded parking area opposite the local recreation ground.
