Christophe d'Aillières welcomes you to his meadows, where his cows live all year round in a dynamic grazing system, providing them with fresh grass every day. This permanent grazing produces quality meat that is sold direct. During the visit, a tasting of the products is offered. The cereal part of the farm can also be visited to discover the 3 principles of soil conservation agriculture: permanent cover, undisturbed soil and crop diversity. It's a real opportunity to come into contact with a passionate group of farmers who will take you to the heart of the Perche sarthois countryside.
