I offer products from the orchards of Perche Sarthois.
Ciders, apple juice and vinegar.
The products are made on the farm from local varieties. Grown on clay-limestone soil.
The ciders are fermented naturally using yeasts indigenous to the orchards. Structured ciders that balance the flavours, to best accompany the richness of our gastronomy.
I'd be delighted to welcome you to the farm at the end of the day on weekdays, or on Saturdays.
