Character house on the banks of the Huisne, at the foot of a pretty Roman bridge.
The Tilleul suite has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (100cm). Bathroom with bath and 1 separate WC for the 2 bedrooms. Independent external access for the suite.
The Châtaignier bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room (1 washbasin and a shower) and WC. Independent external access for the bedroom.
The Prunus room, accessed from the owners' house, with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room (basin and 1 shower) and 1 separate WC.
Table d'hôtes by prior arrangement (30 euros/pers all-inclusive, wine and coffee)
Enclosed wooded park alongside the river. Secure parking for vehicles in the courtyard. Go-karting, motocross 1 km away and aquatic centre. Open all year round. Access: 18km south-east of Le Mans. A11 motorway, La Ferté-Bernard exit, towards Le Mans on the RN23. Drive approximately 20km. On entering Montfort, take the 1st right at the roundabout. 1st house on the left after the Roman bridge.
